How to ride SUBWAY in Seoul

When you travel abroad, knowing how to take public transportation is a good way to make things better. In case of Seoul, subway map is very complicated so let me give you some tips!



First of all, here is the map.

Here are some brief details/

1) The light blue line crossing through the middle of the map is 'river Han'.(Han gang)

2) Also, You'll see the numbers or words in colored squares. Those are the name of the lines.(1-9, airport railroad, jungang, etc...)

3) The white little blank circles mean the stations where you can transfer the lines(which you could easily guess)

very simple, huh?
